Each floor has a water cooler with hot and cold water – it might seem like a small detail, but it's very convenient. There's a gym on the ground floor and two swimming pools outside – one large and one small. Breakfast is available for an extra charge, prepared à la carte, along with toast, fruits, and vegetables. Overall, Manditel North Pattaya left a very positive impression. It's a great option for those who prioritize a fresh room, cleanliness, and excellent service. The cleanliness, service, overall stay, and the staff who always greeted us and helped with everything were simply outstanding. The hotel is also very guest-friendly. However, if you want to smoke, unfortunately, you have to do so on the stunning 23rd-floor rooftop smoking area. Smoking is not allowed on your own balcony, which I can totally understand though. I’ve tried many hotels, and I will definitely keep coming back to this one in the future. Incredible value for money considering what you get.

This is my second stay at Srinn Hotel. The first was about one month ago, and as such I do not have much to add, so please take these notes in conjunction with my previous, and much more in-depth review. For me the major plus point is the wonderful staff. Genuinely happy, friendly, polite, and efficient. This goes for all the staff, from security, cleaning staff, as well as front of house. Secondly, although a budget hotel, it is modern in appearance, fixtures, and fittings, leanding a bright and airy atmosphere to its ambience. It is a hotel with fairly good size rooms, (no other facilities) and is just far enough away from the hub bub of the main streets, yet surrounded by other hotels, restaurants, hardressers, massage, and shops, and only a few minuets from the beach and entertainment areas, then the Srinn Hotel is worth consideration. I stay here every single time I am in Pattaya. The deluxe rooms and suites have ultra-comfortable king beds, relaxing bathtubs, and spacious balconies overlooking the pool. Daily housekeeping is top-notch. Plus, the location is unbeatable, and low-season rates are excellen t. curtains block out the light perfectly. While the rooms have a stove, no pots or frying pans are provided, so you will need to bring your own if you plan to cook. There is also no washer or laundry service on-site and smart TV. Breakfast runs until 10:00 AM, which feels a bit early and there are rarely any fish. 🐜Tiny ants are present in all rooms ✔️Do not leave any trash, dirty dishes, or food on the table, especially overnight. While there are no cockroaches in the units, I guarantee they will show up if you leave any waste out. although the unit had a king bed and a single bed for three people, it only had one bedside table. We had to move the room's only chair between the beds just to have a place to put things.

We checked in at 3:30 AM – the whole process was quick and smooth, and they were expecting us. The 1,000 Baht room deposit was refunded on the day of departure. The breakfasts are good; they always have eggs cooked in various ways, several hot dishes (spaghetti, chicken, fish, and occasionally meat every day), soups, plenty of greens and vegetables. For fruits, they had pineapple, watermelon, and papaya. There is plain and fruit yogurt, dried fruits, cereals, pancakes, French toast, and coffee from a coffee machine. I might be forgetting something. The staff are very polite and always try to help. Our room was in the new wing – a huge, comfortable bed with a firm mattress, a spacious room, and all toiletries provided. The only downside (for me) was the lack of a wardrobe; all our clothes were out in the open. As for housekeeping, it was standard: quick and not very thorough. The balcony was not swept even once during our 8 days. We really liked the location. The street is relatively quiet, a 3-4 minute walk to the sea, and close to a small local market where we had dinner a few times and bought fruits. Overall, our impression of the hotel is entirely positive. We would gladly return again.

The room was very clean, which is expected from a new hotel. The front desk staff didn't speak Chinese, and my English wasn't good enough to understand hers, nor was her English good enough to understand mine. It's mainly because my English is terrible. However, we could communicate most things. One evening, I wanted an extra room card, but she insisted I wait until the next day without explaining why. Breakfast was à la carte, only fried eggs, juice, and bread were available.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed in a Deluxe Twin room (with beds pushed together) and slept incredibly well. The bed was just the right size, perfect for a family of two adults and one child 👨‍👩‍👦. We got a promotional price of only 987 baht, including a buffet breakfast, which was excellent value for money considering everything we received 💸✨. 📍 The location is great, right by Dongtan Beach. You just cross the road to reach the sea. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. 🍜 Food options are also very convenient. There are many restaurants, cafes, and street food stalls to choose from. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven close to the hotel, making it easy to buy necessities or snacks. 🚍 From the front of the hotel, you can walk to catch a songthaew (shared taxi) for 15 baht all the way to Jomtien Beach to walk around and find food. It's very convenient and doesn't take long. 🍽️ Breakfast is served from 06:00 to 10:00. Even when it's busy, you might have to wait a bit for a table, but the staff constantly replenishes the food, ensuring there's always plenty. The taste was surprisingly good, with a wide variety of options. Definitely worth the price. 🏊‍♀️ The facilities are comprehensive, including a large swimming pool suitable for children and families. The kids had a lot of fun. There's also a Kids Club, Playground, and a fitness room available, catering to both children and adults, ensuring a complete and enjoyable stay for all ages. 💡 A few minor suggestions: • The towels in the room had a slight musty smell. If you're sensitive to smells, it's advisable to bring your own towels. • There weren't enough pool towels when it was crowded, so we sometimes had to wait for staff to restock them. • In the early evening, you can hear tables or chairs being dragged from the room above, as the floor is wooden. However, it gets quiet at night, and we slept soundly throughout the night 😴. ❤️ Overall, I was very impressed. For 987 baht, we got a beachfront accommodation with buffet breakfast, a spacious room, comprehensive facilities, a great location, easy access to food, and a nearby 7-Eleven. It's perfect for families with children on vacation. It's definitely more than worth the price, and we would certainly stay here again.

It's an excellent place. Very convenient if walking anywhere. It's not really central to any one major street which could be a disadvantage if you think you'll be 2 minutes from Soi Buakhao or Soi 7 -- you're not. But it's right in the middle of all the popular places, plus on the Baht Bus route to get to Beach Road. Quiet, modern, clean. Everything you could possibly need.

The service staff were great, especially the breakfast staff, always friendly and helpful. Just one negative I accidentally knocked a glass in the middle of the night and it broke which I cleaned up. I advised the cleaner so she would be careful not to cut herself getting rid of the plastic rubbish bag. They then returned with a male employee to charge me for the glass 150 baht. I declined to pay due to spending approx 19 nights at the hotel in the last 12 months spending over $2000. Also had a mate with me first time 10 nights spending over $1000 on accommodation. They tried to charge me again when I booked out and i explained I was not going to pay due to the income I had paid them over the last 12 months. Not sure what the outcome was I had to catch my ride to the airport. As you can understand it is not the money but the principle. If this hadn’t occurred Service would be marked as a 5.

First off, Pattaya is beautiful! This is my second time staying at this hotel; I stayed here on my last visit to Pattaya too. When I booked, I accidentally got a twin room, and when I asked the front desk if I could switch to a double bed, they readily agreed. The front desk service was very attentive and helpful. The only minor issue was a power outage in the entire building during my stay. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.
