"Full marks recommendation for the Dujiangyan Sunac Steigenberger Hotel! This family vacation experience was absolutely fantastic, and I must give a special shout-out to our dedicated butler, Yuna! She proactively contacted us before check-in to arrange everything. Knowing we had children, she prepared a full set of kids' toiletries in advance – such thoughtful details that made our kids so happy to see their special amenities. One evening, the hotel lawn party was a bit noisy, disturbing our elderly parents and children. After we spoke to Yuna, she immediately coordinated with staff to end the event early. Her efficiency and consideration for guests were truly heartwarming. We also asked Yuna to help us book a restaurant in advance. After a full day out in the summer heat, it was such a relief to arrive at the restaurant and immediately enjoy a delicious meal without any waiting. So hassle-free, especially in such hot weather. Throughout our stay, any request was met with a super-fast response, everything was well-arranged, and the service was meticulously detailed. The hotel environment is elegant and comfortable, making it a top choice for families with children. Next time we visit Dujiangyan, we'll definitely choose this place again, and we'll be sure to ask for Yuna!"

The dedicated shuttle service to the scenic area can be arranged in advance, saving you the hassle of finding a taxi and making transportation incredibly convenient. Their attention to detail was exceptionally thoughtful; they even proactively provided niche amenities like contact lens solution, showing they truly consider guests' needs. **Facilities:** The room facilities are excellent, with high-quality bedding and bathroom fixtures. The space is generous. The unique panda theme, coupled with a small tent for kids, is full of childlike fun, and my child absolutely loved it, making it perfect for family trips. **Cleanliness:** The entire room was spotless. The bedding was clean and odor-free, and there were no stains in the bathroom's corners. Public areas were also continuously cleaned. The lighting and ventilation were good, and the soundproofing was outstanding, making for a quiet and comfortable stay. **Location and Transportation:** It's very close to the scenic area, with the hotel's private shuttle taking you directly there, making transportation incredibly convenient. **Value for Money:** For the price, the amenities and services far exceeded expectations. There were no hidden charges, and the beautiful decor made for great photos. The overall value for money is exceptional. This hotel is perfectly suited for both family trips with kids and travel with friends. Everything was impeccable, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the scenic area. "I came to Dujiangyan to relax, and after comparing several hotels, I finally chose this one – and it definitely didn't disappoint! The location is incredibly convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to Nanqiao to see the 'blue tears.' Downstairs, there are tons of local snacks, so whatever you're craving is just a short stroll away. The room is fully smart, and the private in-room hot spring was spotlessly clean. They even provided disposable bathtub liners and toilet seat covers. There's an underground parking lot, which is super convenient, and the front desk was quick to respond to any requests. After exploring the scenic area, coming back to soak in the hot spring really helped me unwind."

"After hiking Mount Qingcheng yesterday, my friend and I stayed at this hotel, and it was a great experience. Their service attitude was truly excellent. Whether it was the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, or any other staff member, everyone greeted us with a smile whenever we encountered them in the hotel. The room facilities and environment were also very good. Waking up in the morning to the sound of rain outside, lying in bed, and looking at the scenery outside the window was incredibly comfortable! The breakfast had a great variety too, with freshly cooked rice noodles and noodles, and even freshly ground coffee. Too bad I forgot to take photos! My friend and I both loved it, and from now on, this will be our go-to place whenever we visit Mount Qingcheng."

"The hotel's front desk service was excellent, and check-in was incredibly fast. They even gave us a free room upgrade to a family room! The hotel facilities are top-notch, and the pillows in the room were super comfortable. The hotel is also very close to the scenic area, just a 20-minute walk away. Plus, there's a free laundry room on the 5th floor, which is very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time, it deserves a five-star rating!"

"The room was exceptionally clean, even the nooks and crannies were meticulously tidied. On the first day, you can visit the Blue Tears, take selfies with the pandas, and explore the ancient town. On the second day, you can check out your luggage and head to Qingcheng Mountain. There are also plenty of Lawson and FamilyMart stores nearby for food and drinks."

"We stayed for two days with our kids. At first, I thought it was a bit far, but then I realized it's only a ten-minute drive from Dujiangyan High-Speed Railway Station and quite close to Panda Valley and Mount Qingcheng. The hotel is very clean and quiet, perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The room itself was spotless. We booked a hot spring private bath room, and the owner thoughtfully added a sofa bed for us. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the restaurant was clean and tidy. The owner was also very hands-on, managing everything with great care. I really miss the peaceful sound of rain on the banana leaves. We'll definitely go back."

"We brought our kids to Dujiangyan and Mount Qingcheng for the May Day holiday, and first off, the hotel's location is unbeatable. It's right inside Guanxian Ancient City, just a few hundred meters from Lidui Park High-Speed Rail Station, which is super convenient. In the evening, you can explore the ancient city and see the 'Blue Tears' right downstairs. Dujiangyan scenic area is within walking distance. Plus, the hotel is very new, and the environment and hygiene are excellent. Even though it's in a scenic area, it's not noisy at night. Once you close the soundproof windows, you can barely hear anything from outside. The service, in particular, was fantastic. The staff members were all very attentive; they patiently brought us things and helped us with the TV even at 11 PM. When we checked out, they even gave a complimentary souvenir to our child, who absolutely loved the free ice cream in their lobby!"

"The room was clean and rather spacious. Happy that the hotel upgraded my room to a larger one from a smaller room without a private hot spring, but I was not allowed to use the private hot spring without an additional fee. Location wise decent and just a short Didi ride from the railway station and the Dujiangyan Scenic Area. Service was good and satisfactory, staff were helpful and I'm grateful they offered the free room upgrade. Amenities wise though, I was disappointed that the hot spring referred to in the hotels name was not a proper hot spring with public access, but rather small private hot springs only in certain premium rooms. Further, the staff informed that the hot spring is not natural but rather hot water. Overall, I enjoyed the stay, but don't know whether it's worth the premium I thought I paid to stay at a hot spring hotel and use the facilities."

"I stayed at the Forest Oxygen Bar, and the room had extra oxygen ions, which really helped with my sleep. The young lady at the front desk provided excellent service. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright. The lobby is great for photos, and there are complimentary Hanfu rentals and calligraphy experiences. The hotel amenities are comprehensive, and the location is excellent – right inside the ancient city, making it super convenient for sightseeing. There are snack stalls downstairs, and the South Gate is right next door."
