The location is very convenient, making it easy to get to the Dujiangyan scenic area and Guanxian Ancient City. The surrounding area has plenty of dining, drinking, and shopping options, so you don't have to go back and forth for activities. The overall style is simple and elegant. The public area lobby has a great atmosphere, and the hallways are clean and bright. The guest rooms are spacious with excellent natural light from the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding is soft, and there are smart devices throughout the room, making for a relaxing and worry-free stay. The bathroom facilities are complete, and the details are well taken care of. The hotel amenities are very practical. If you're driving, parking is free. There's also a gym, self-service laundry room, and a rich variety of breakfast options. After a busy day, returning to the hotel for a quiet rest helps shed the fatigue of walking and sightseeing. It's perfect for couples or friends traveling together."

Just be aware that it can get quite busy in the afternoon, so it's best to reserve a spot in advance. The tea house is much quieter in the mornings and evenings, making it very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; they offered pick-up and drop-off services and assisted with luggage. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Dujiangyan."

"## Facilities: 1. **Outdated and Poorly Designed**: The facilities are quite old, and the design is impractical. For example, the shower and toilet are in the same area within the bathroom, with no separation. This means if someone is using the toilet, no one can shower, and vice-versa. 2. **Misleading Advertising**: Figures 1 and 2 in the hotel's promotional images, which are crucial for customers before booking, are completely different from what you see upon entering the room (as shown in the last three pictures). I'd like to ask the hotel management: where is the bathtub from your promotional photos? It's turned into a concrete basin, and it's incredibly dirty inside. There was no prior notification upon check-in – it's a complete mismatch from what was advertised. 3. **Hazardous Staircase**: The stairs in the room are extremely steep. You have to be very careful going up, and when going down, you *must* descend backward as per the hotel's instructions, because it's impossible to go down facing forward without falling. 4. **No Internal Elevator**: The hotel doesn't have its own internal elevator, and the staircases within the hotel are also very steep, making it genuinely difficult to carry luggage upstairs. ## Hygiene: The overall hygiene in the room is acceptable. The wooden floor on the second level is clean, but that dirty carpet really shouldn't be there. ## Environment: The hotel has been converted from a two-story commercial building. It's not noisy at night and is conveniently located within walking distance of the ancient city's snack street, Nanqiao Bridge, and the subway station. ## Service: Service is just okay. After checking in, they provide some guide articles about nearby attractions and restaurants, but that's about it."

"The decor is so chic, I absolutely loved it! The landlady was incredibly warm and welcoming. She asked when we'd arrive and even turned on the AC for us in advance. She also prepared some lovely Sunshine Rose grapes. When we left, she gave both children a small gift, which was a completely unexpected and delightful surprise. Overall, a very satisfying trip!"

It's just a few minutes' walk to the South Bridge, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the night views, explore the ancient city, and sample local snacks in the evening. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft, and the smart home features were a nice touch. Hot water was consistent, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very quiet night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, even offering thoughtful suggestions for local dining and attractions. We even received a small gift upon check-out. The facilities are new and complete. This hotel is definitely a great choice for anyone visiting Dujiangyan, and we would certainly consider staying here again on our next trip!"

"Highly recommend Tianzhiyuan Hotel! It's in a fantastic location, super close to both Dujiangyan and Panda Valley. The front desk staff, Xiao Xu, even upgraded us to a king room and gave us complimentary fruit. The room was quite spacious and the housekeeping was excellent. Being right by the river, the environment was really pleasant. Breakfast was also quite abundant, with a good variety of Chinese and Western dishes. When we checked out, Xiao Wu and Xiao Sun at the front desk provided wonderful service. Overall, it was a great stay and I'd highly recommend it to everyone!"

"The facilities are fantastic and incredibly photogenic! Each room has a front and back yard. Waking up and enjoying the morning sun in the front yard is so refreshing. You can also enjoy a private hot spring in the back yard – after a day of hiking, a dip in the hot spring is pure bliss! The hotel also has a swimming pool. It's a bit far from the ancient town, so you'll need to book a car in advance. And the breakfast is delicious too!"

"From the moment we drove in, the hotel exuded an elegant vibe, with slender bamboo lining the pathway. Surrounded by lush green mountains, the hotel felt wonderfully cool. The observation decks (yes, more than one!) were excellent, and I particularly loved the hammocks. The entire hotel area was tastefully decorated and immaculately maintained, with no overly dense greenery. They even provided bed rails, which was a huge plus for me traveling with a child, and the front desk offered crafts for kids. The only minor drawback was that our room's air conditioner would drip when on, but I wasn't too bothered by it. Overall, considering the price and the hotel's ambiance, I give it full marks.
