"Totally regretting for booking only 1 night in this fabulous accommodation. Quiet neighborhood except the guests next to my room decided to talk about their life stories in the outdoor balcony until wee hours which is really inconsiderate. The receptionists and staffs are really friendly and helpful during my stay making this extremely memorable. One time disposable towels and slippers are my favorite amenities in this accommodation!"

"1. This hotel is great for families with kids. It shares a large green space and lake with Songpin and Taxue hotels, making the resort expansive. Even if it rains, you can still enjoy many family activities and the Black Swan Lake shared among the three hotels. 2. Our room faced the street, but once the sliding door was closed, it was completely quiet and we slept soundly. The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse; I only managed to try about a quarter of it before I was full. 3. The concierge at the entrance was very professional, always helping to open car doors and handle luggage. 4. Kiki provided excellent service, always accommodating our requests and even treating our two children to breakfast. We were very happy with her service. 5. The hotel is ideally located directly opposite Sunac Snow World and Water World in Hebi, making it the perfect choice for families traveling with children."

"The location is unbeatable! It's super convenient to get to the Ancient City and the Dujiangyan scenic area. There are also plenty of small, delicious, and affordable restaurants right nearby. The view from the window is superb – you can see the 'blue tears' and Nanqiao Bridge very clearly. In the evenings, there are Tibetans dancing Guozhuang in the small square downstairs, and the lively music is really infectious. Overall, it was a great experience."

"Location was ideal, but cab can't stop in front of hotel, so do prepared to take a short walk into hotel, abt 5-8 mins walk. The view of the river isn't as impressive as mention on booking site as all rooms were only on level 2, see photo uploaded. Hotel staff were helpful. Breakfast was fine, coffee cannot make it. The hot red date beverage was better. Room was neat, clean and well maintained. Laundry room ran out of detergent and had to wait for quite a while before staff sent detergent over."

"I had a wonderful stay! The front desk staff, especially the lady at reception, was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic 🌹. The hotel surroundings are beautiful, right on an ancient town street, and Nanqiao Bridge isn't far either. It's only a 10-minute walk to the hotel from Lidui Park. Choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision!"

"Good services by staff Andy & Mary. Check-in process was very fast even we reached the hotel at 12 pm. Cozy and calm environment with good location nearby to metro station and other tourist attractions. Definitely we will come back here again."

"This was my first stay at the Enshyu Hotel, and it was such a delightful surprise! The hotel facilities are incredibly comprehensive and high-end. My room even had a capsule coffee machine and a microwave! The breakfast was also fantastic; even though I'm not a big dessert person, I ended up eating a lot of them. The service was excellent too. When we checked out, they thoughtfully asked us how well we'd rested and if we needed water for our journey. I haven't encountered service like this in a long time. I really hope Enyu opens more locations and continues to thrive!"

"The rooms here are fully smart-controlled, allowing you to turn on lights and air conditioning with a single tap. Overall, the experience was great and very convenient. Parking is free, and it's located within the scenic area, so you can walk to Dujiangyan in about 10 minutes. Next to it is the Blue Tears attraction, which is fantastic for photos and check-ins, and they even offer Hanfu photo shoots. This hotel definitely deserves five stars! It's also very close to the Nanqiao Bridge attraction and the ancient city's snack street."

"Ugh, this trip was truly unpleasant. The staff were all very dedicated and responsive to requests, so the issues really stemmed from hotel management. When checking in, there was a long queue because of the crowd. According to the phone call I had the day before, I was supposed to go to the amusement park first, and then once the room was ready, I'd confirm the room number with the staff and come directly to pick up the key card to check in. These are standard procedures, and I was perfectly fine with that. However, for hotels like the 'Boonie Bears Hotel' that offer park tickets, face recognition for park entry is usually done in the hotel lobby, allowing you to go straight to the park. Here, though, we had to go to the park entrance for face registration. We had to stand in the scorching sun and queue for a long time just to register successfully. By then, I was already too exhausted to even want to play. So I went back to the hotel to get my room card and was then told I had to queue again with all the other guests checking in. I did queue, but one guest was taking over ten minutes to check in, which was absolutely unacceptable. There were many others in the same situation as me, and everyone was getting agitated. The front desk was in utter chaos – quite an eye-opener! As for other facilities, hygiene, environment, and breakfast, they were all pretty standard for a hotel, nothing particularly noteworthy. The biggest problem was the room temperature, which was close to 30°C, and the central air conditioning was still set to heating. The lady at the service center said she'd switch it to ventilation mode, but it made no difference. I wanted to open the floor-to-ceiling windows, but the room faced the street and was incredibly noisy. I woke up multiple times at night feeling hot. Finally, regarding the performing arts town, both big shows were excellent, but the management was chaotic. This was especially true for 'Ma Chao Guarding Dujiangyan'. It was clearly a reservation-based show, but the audience numbers clearly exceeded capacity. People were standing everywhere in the viewing area, making it impossible for those at the back to see, and they kept complaining. It's hard to put into words!"

"The biggest and most pleasant surprise was definitely the private hot spring! It offers complete privacy, so you don't have to worry about being disturbed at all. The pool was exceptionally clean, with no stains or odors whatsoever. It filled up quickly, and you could adjust the water temperature as you liked. Soaking in the sun during the day, it was incredibly relaxing, washing away all the fatigue from traveling. My whole body felt completely at ease, warmth spreading from head to toe, and my happiness just exploded. It's excellent value for money, highly recommended!"
