"My wife, child, and I were planning a self-drive trip through the small Western Sichuan loop. Knowing my child was eager to see red pandas, we decided on this Panda Valley branch. The hotel courtyard is beautifully maintained, with flowers blooming perfectly. After dinner, we sat in the courtyard for a while; it was very pleasant and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. I knew it was close to Panda Valley, but I was surprised it was even closer to the highway entrance for Western Sichuan. This meant we didn't have to rush the next morning. For breakfast, we ordered their special 'xiaomian' (small noodles) – definitely add chili, the flavor was absolutely fantastic! After a satisfying breakfast, we set off comfortably. The staff were also very friendly and helped us with our luggage throughout, which was excellent!"

"This resort had put in a lot of effort in alot of small details and for people who want to rest and rejuvenate this is the best place. 小沈and 小孟had been really helpful! We did a dampness removal massage there together and have one of the best sleep ever. We also tried out the floating sound therapy and they gave us two coupons for the afternoon tea, the tofu pudding was so good. Thank you for the wonderful stay well done and keep it up."

Lily proactively upgraded our room for free, allowing us to check in immediately. This really saved us a lot of trouble trying to soothe our child, and we were incredibly touched! The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. Our little one fell asleep the moment we walked in, finally giving us adults a much-needed break. "This time we booked a deluxe family suite of 180 square meters. The environment was elegant. The Zijing Peak suite is on the 13th floor. Upon check-in, Xiao Liu and Xiao Song at the front desk warmly welcomed us. The butler sent us the weather forecast in advance, along with helpful tips. Their proactive service was impressive, making me feel that the money was well spent. When we left, Manager Song at the front desk helped us with our luggage and put it in our Didi car. They promptly met our needs. The room was spacious, bright, and well-ventilated. There were two bathrooms with separate wet and dry areas. The hygiene was excellent, and the room facilities were complete and comfortable."

One curtain in our room was broken, hanging halfway and looking unsightly, and we weren't informed about it. All the curtains were a bit too short, so we could see the outdoor lights even at 11 PM when trying to sleep. Hygiene: Our room had a courtyard, and the tatami mat in the courtyard had some fallen leaves and dust. The sun umbrella had standing water from the rain, hanging right over our heads. The garden was very well-maintained. Service: 1: The hotel's signs weren't clear enough. Initially, the driver dropped us off at the lower parking lot. Although there was a big sign, there was no indication at the entrance that vehicles could continue further, which was confusing for both the driver and us. Since the second parking lot is closest to the front desk, why not put up a larger sign at the entrance? 2: We checked in standing up. There were clearly sofas available, but we weren't offered a seat, nor were we offered any welcome tea or drinks. The difference compared to Relais & Chateau in France is very noticeable. 3: The front desk responded promptly and actively dealt with issues. However, the kitchen closing at 8 PM is a bit early. 4: Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the service was excellent. Welcome Fruit: The fruit in the room was very fresh.
