"The room exceeded my expectations; it's rare to find such great value for money in Hong Kong. The hotel is located inside a mall, making shopping and dining very convenient. During peak check-in times, you might have to queue at the front desk, and the efficiency is a bit slower compared to mainland China. The self-service breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, mainly Hong Kong-style. Overall, I highly recommend it! My only minor complaint is regarding the bedding hygiene; perhaps because we have sensitive skin, we felt a bit itchy while sleeping, so I'm questioning the cleanliness of the linens. BTW, the gym facilities are limited, with only one power rack. The outdoor pool is on the 21st floor, and it can get quite sunny when the weather is good."

"The room size is acceptable; for Hong Kong, it's pretty good, as I'm used to smaller spaces here. The power outlets were at the foot of the bed, and I initially thought there was only one, but then I found a whole strip on the desk, hidden behind a panel. Remember to bring your own universal adapter. The air conditioning was a bit noisy. Also, bring your own toothbrush; I didn't see any provided. I'm sure the front desk would supply one if asked, but they were quite busy (though their service was excellent and very friendly), and since I had my own, I didn't bother asking about toothpaste and toothbrushes. The hairdryer looked unassuming but dried my hair surprisingly fast. The location is super close to a bus stop, and there's a 7-Eleven downstairs. I walked to a nearby congee shop for a late-night snack, which was satisfying. Oh, and the coffee is free!"

"I've stayed at this hotel several times. Whenever I came to Hong Kong for business trips before, I always stayed at this one on Hong Kong Island. The hotel's transportation is very convenient; there's a bus stop downstairs, and it's just a 100-meter walk across the pedestrian bridge from Exit C of the Quarry Bay MTR station. It's only one stop away from Taikoo Shing Cityplaza. Although I experienced a typhoon, I slept soundly in the hotel room. Downstairs is Yat Lung Heen, and both the dim sum/dining service and the taste are excellent. The staff are all very warm and attentive. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit! 💁‍♀️"

"This hotel is located in Tuen Mun. It's very convenient, taking about 30 minutes on the A33X bus directly, with no transfers needed. The room had everything we needed. The lobby is spacious, and even late at night, there were young people gathering, giving it a trendy vibe that I really liked."

"The location of this hotel is within 3-5 minutes walk from Tsim Sha Tsui East station and is within 10-15 minutes walk from Hung Hom station, where some concerts held. If you are going for a concert, its location is superb. However it is probably the only good point. The hotel is dated. Our room wallpaper is peeling off with mold ( see picture ). We asked to change our room and they do allow us to change it. However I have seen many rooms having peeling off wallpaper. Eventually we settle one without this issue. Some front desk staff cannot speak good English. Come on, HK is an international city and Tsim Sha Tsui is a tourist gathering location. I do expect a bit more from this hotel. Unlike the hotels we stayed in mainland China, this hotel does not provide laundry facility. Also if you booked this hotel via trip.com , their airport shuttle bus is not included. You have to pay extra for this service or take a bus yourself. Maybe my expectation of HK hotel is slightly high. But no matter what the reason is, I won't stay in this hotel again."

"I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this Nathan hotel. The overall experience was far below my expectations. First, the front desk female staff were impolite and unprofessional during the check-in process. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrived. To make matters even more disappointing, the day of my check-in was my birthday, and I had hoped to enjoy a pleasant stay. Instead, it turned into a very frustrating experience. After entering my room, I noticed that the air conditioning was not working properly. The room remained uncomfortably warm despite adjusting the temperature. I contacted the hotel, and an engineer came to inspect the air conditioner. He turned off the main power and restarted the system, but the problem remained unresolved. Rather than offering to change my room or provide an effective solution, the hotel simply gave us a fan. Providing a fan is not an acceptable solution to a faulty air conditioning system. The room remained hot and uncomfortable throughout the stay, which seriously affected my comfort, sleep quality, and overall experience. Given the poor service, the lack of professionalism, and the unresolved air conditioning issue, I believe the hotel failed to provide the standard of accommodation that guests should reasonably expect. Another male front desk staff member escorted us to Room 1004 on the Executive Floor. However, the room only had one king-size bed, and the hotel informed us that they could only provide a foldaway bed. This was completely different from the room type I had booked. My reservation was clearly for a room with two double beds, so I do not understand why the hotel failed to provide the room type that I had reserved and confirmed. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and added to my disappointment with the overall stay. The next day, the Duty Assistant Manager offered us two alternative rooms. However, neither of them was satisfactory. The first room was on the 10th floor, but it still had only one king-size bed, which did not match my original reservation. The second room was on the 5th floor and contained four twin beds in the form of two bunk beds. This room was clearly not comparable to the Executive Floor room that I had originally booked and was not suitable for our needs. I made my booking based on the expectation that the hotel would provide the room type that was confirmed in my reservation. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to do so, which significantly affected our stay. In addition to the issues mentioned above, the hair dryer in our room was also defective because the power plug had come loose and could not be used safely. I contacted the front desk to request a replacement hair dryer, but I was informed that the Housekeeping team first needed to come to the room to verify the issue before a replacement could be provided. This unnecessary process caused further inconvenience during our stay. I would, however, like to recognize the professionalism and excellent service provided by the Housekeeping staff and the bellboy. They were polite, helpful, and courteous throughout our stay, and they deserve to be commended for their efforts. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the front desk staff. Their attitude was consistently disappointing from check-in to check-out. The male staff member who assisted us during check-out was also unfriendly and unprofessional. I believe the front desk team requires further customer service training to improve their attitude and the way they communicate with guests. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. I will not stay at Nathan Hotel again, nor will I recommend it to others. I sincerely hope that Trip.com and the hotel will take this complaint seriously and provide a fair resolution to this matter."

"This hotel is great in every aspect. Even after all these years, the rooms are still well-maintained and feel new. They smell lovely too. During the typhoon, there wasn't a single leak, and it's conveniently located. My only dislike was having to shower while standing in the bathtub, but I guess that's how it is. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time; it's truly value for money."
