The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with quality complimentary toiletries. The staff members were polite, professional, and always eager to help. It is a fantastic budget-friendly choice in Macau, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"Given how expensive Macau is, if you're not staying in a luxurious five-star hotel, you'll likely end up in an older, more basic hotel in the bustling city center like this one. The room was quite small, perhaps comparable to a 50 RMB hotel on the mainland. There was a strong odor in the room, though the cleanliness was relatively okay. If I visit again, I probably wouldn't consider staying here."

"The room was very spacious and even had a bathtub, which the kids loved. It's really close to the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, making it super convenient to get to The Venetian, then head to The Parisian for photos of the Eiffel Tower, hit The Londoner for some Instagram-worthy shots, walk to Rua do Cunha for snacks, visit the Taipa Houses Museum for more photos, and finally, take the cable car at Wynn Palace in the evening to see the night view. Plus, you can catch a free shuttle from the StarWorld Hotel across the street! We had some rain this trip and missed out on a few sights, so we'll definitely have to come back again!"

"My stay at The Parisian Macao L'Occitane themed hotel was fantastic! The vintage Portuguese ambiance was captivating, and the public areas were exquisitely designed, perfect for photos at every turn. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. The hotel has an integrated shopping street and multiple restaurants, making it very convenient. It's only a few minutes by taxi to The Venetian Macao's Cotai Arena. The staff were polite and efficient during check-in. Its proximity to the Hengqin Port makes it super convenient for returning after a concert. The only minor drawback is that the shops in the mall close quite early. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and it's a great choice for catching a show in Macau. I'd definitely consider staying here again."

"Transiting in Macau, the location is indeed excellent, right across from the airport, just a few minutes' walk away. The service rating goes to the gentleman at the entrance on the first floor; his directions were clear, and he answered every question. The environment is really just average, too old... And the hangers couldn't be removed to hang clothes. What's the point of the clothesline in the bathroom then? The showerhead is also fixed, which made showering really uncomfortable... The kettle cord wasn't long enough either... The newest thing in the entire room was the router... The pillow was too flat, the blanket too thin, and it was a bit itchy... I didn't sleep well."

"## Location: Absolutely a fantastic 5-star location! The hotel is directly opposite Sands, and Fisherman's Wharf is right next to Sands. March is the off-peak season in Macau, so there's no direct bus from Hengqin Port to Sands. You need to transfer at The Venetian, but it's still quite convenient. From Sands to the hotel, you have to cross a pedestrian bridge, but there's a 24-hour elevator. Once you exit the elevator, it's not a long walk in either direction, which is very helpful for travelers with luggage. ## Surroundings: To the right of the hotel, there's a small alley that leads directly to Macao Polytechnic University, less than 100 meters away, making it super convenient for students taking exams there. A 5-minute walk to the left will take you to the Lotus Square, and you can also see the Golden Lotus from the pathway behind the hotel. If you head right out of the hotel and walk straight down the main road for 15-20 minutes, you can reach the Grand Lisboa and Macau Tower. There are plenty of dining options nearby, probably due to its proximity to the university, with choices for all budgets. ## Facilities: The hotel reception is on the second floor. The interior facilities are complete, and the bedding and amenities are good. The room also has a refrigerator. The room isn't huge but doesn't feel cramped. ## Hygiene: The room was cleaned very well and felt comfortable. However, the windows are sealed, so upon first entering, there was a slight musty smell due to lack of ventilation. Thankfully, it dissipated after turning on the air conditioning and ventilation system. ## Environment: The hallway soundproofing isn't great; you can hear people walking and talking outside the room. Traffic noise from the street outside also comes through at night. However, this seems to be a common issue with hotels and can't be avoided. ## Service: The front desk staff are busy but very responsible, and they can switch between Mandarin and Cantonese freely for guests. A deposit is required for check-in, and Alipay is accepted."
