"We booked this hotel for a staycation. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool. The room is also instagrammable. However, there was a strong smell inside when we arrived. The bathroom door is also hard to close and the toilet bowl is a bit broken. The water keeps on flowing when the flush button doesn’t bounce up. It will also be better if they have complete amenities, like shower cap, lotion and cotton buds that we can use. The shampoo and conditioner are also bad. Our hair was tangled and hard after using them."

"The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the Lotus Square, so you can easily catch the flag-raising ceremony in the morning. The room was very upscale, with complimentary bottled water and disposable toiletries. It was also super convenient to catch the Sands shuttle. Plus, there's a 24-hour supermarket nearby – it has everything you could possibly need!"

"This is my second time staying at the Grand Dragon Hotel, this time for my child's graduation ceremony at Macau Polytechnic University. The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the university. After clearing customs, you can take bus route 10 directly to the hotel, which is super convenient. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even upgraded us to a deluxe room. They knew we were attending a graduation ceremony until noon, so they specially arranged a late check-out for us. Their personalized service was truly thoughtful! The room was spacious, neat, and clean, and also came with complimentary bottled water, free coffee and tea bags, and free WiFi. We also spontaneously added breakfast at the front desk, which was very easy, and the restaurant is right in the lobby on the first floor. Overall, our stay felt incredibly warm and comforting. I sincerely thank the hotel for their considerate service! Looking forward to seeing you again next time!"

"I chose the Hotel Sintra in Macau Peninsula, and its location is indeed convenient. There's a bus stop right across the street, and it's only a few minutes' walk to Fisherman's Wharf. The room was more spacious than I expected, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The lobby was bright and tidy, with complimentary tea available. Downstairs, there's a souvenir shop and a supermarket, and plenty of dining options nearby. After check-out, we could store our luggage for free, which was great as we didn't have to drag our suitcases around. For the price, staying at this hotel was definitely worth it."

"The room was spacious and the service was excellent. We were upgraded to a garden view room. The facilities were quite new and the amenities were good. Although it's not in the main area, it's very quiet. We had a pleasant stay and would choose to stay here again next time."

"The hotel is conveniently located near a bus station and a supermarket. Check-in was efficient during off-peak hours, and the front desk staff tried their best to accommodate requests for non-smoking, non-corner rooms. They even proactively offered an extra key card for electricity, which was very helpful. The room itself was relatively clean and tidy, and disposable amenities were readily provided. However, the bathroom facilities are a bit dated as the hotel is a little old."
