"This hotel is still in its soft opening phase, and if you get the chance, I highly recommend staying here for at least one night to enjoy a world of luxury at an affordable price. Each room can comfortably fit four adults, so sharing it with friends makes it a truly great deal! Privacy is a priority here; each room has its own dedicated elevator, and you simply scan your key card for it to take you directly to your floor. When you enter the villa, you are welcomed by a large living room stocked with complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks. Moving up two steps, there is an enclosed bedding area featuring a sofa. It doesn't have a door, but rather a curtain for privacy. A few more stairs lead you up to the guest bathroom. Further inside is the main bathroom, which is absolutely massive and beautifully designed with a black marble bathtub, a Japanese smart toilet room, a separate shower room, and twin basins. It is fully stocked with all the amenities you could need, but the standout touches were a lovely rose mask and a very high-quality hairbrush. Beyond that is the master suite, featuring a huge, comfortable bed and a chaise lounge. They offer a pillow menu where you can choose your preferred type. However, my friend asked the butler to bring a lavender pillow, but unfortunately, it was never brought to the room. As we were celebrating our birthdays, the staff put up a simple but lovely decoration, gifted us a small cake, and surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne. We spent the afternoon—and part of the next morning after breakfast—at the pool area. It features a spectacular plant wall, which is certified by the Guinness World Records as the largest semi-indoor vertical garden, alongside several small pools infused with different mineral waters. The only downside was the breakfast. While there was some variety, it unfortunately did not meet the high luxury standards of the rest of the hotel, and there is definitely a lot of room for improvement in this area."

"The location is good, by the river with a nice view. The hygiene conditions are decent, but the facilities are a bit old. It's an okay place to stay, mainly depending on the price. Usually, the price is very affordable. I booked it late at night and only stayed for a few hours, but then the price was hiked up. I paid about 150-160 more than the usual price, which made it less value for money."

"The hotel's location is great, just a few minutes' walk to Wynn Palace and MGM Cotai. The room was spacious and clean. We stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the small cake the hotel sent was delicious. The mini-bar offered one free round of drinks, including sodas, beer, and bottled water. However, there were too many guests during this stay. We queued at 3:30 PM for check-in, and by 4:00 PM, after completing registration, we were told the room wasn't ready yet. We were informed we'd receive an SMS with the room number in 45-60 minutes. We tried to request a one-hour late checkout, but the front desk couldn't accommodate it due to a private event on our departure day. We finally received the SMS notification at 5:45 PM (which was 1 hour and 45 minutes later). Apart from this, everything else was very satisfactory."

"This hotel exceeded all expectations 🏨. I was honestly a bit nervous about staying here, but I was so pleasantly surprised when I arrived! First off, the atmosphere felt just like a Southeast Asian resort – incredibly relaxing and laid-back. Secondly, the service was absolutely fantastic. Freddie was super nice! I had mentioned during booking that it was a family member's birthday, and not only did they arrange a room with an even better view, but they also surprised us with a cake 🍰 and fruit. It was such a thoughtful touch! Plus, the location is super convenient, with a bus stop right outside, making it very easy to get around."

"I got an upgraded sea view room. The room environment was good, relatively clean and hygienic. The only drawback was that the shower gel made my skin very dry and itchy after washing, and there was no body lotion provided in the bathroom. Even after applying my own body lotion, my skin still felt very dry. I suggest changing to another brand of shower gel and providing regular body lotion. Also, there were no cotton swabs for ear cleaning in the bathroom. The facilities were a bit lacking."

"I chose Altira Hotel based on a friend's recommendation and its location. It was my first stay, and it was a great experience. The room had a fantastic sea view, very open and bright. When we checked in, the room wasn't ready, so we went out for a stroll. By the time we returned, it was already late at night. The front desk staff, Alissa (I hope I spelled that right), was incredibly friendly. Seeing that we returned so late, she specially extended our late check-out until 1 PM. Much appreciated! Upon entering the room, I saw that turn-down service had already been done. They even included a hydrating face cream as a turn-down gift! What a pleasant surprise! I had just forgotten to bring my own face cream! The round bathtub was bigger than I expected, feeling similar in size to the one at Morpheus. The sodas and sparkling water in the minibar were complimentary; other items with a small tag were chargeable. Although the gym isn't open 24 hours, the environment is excellent, also facing the sea. Working out here felt very relaxing. The swimming pool wasn't open this time, apparently for maintenance. I hope to be able to use it on my next visit!"
