This time, I stayed at Hotel Okura Macau with my child, and I'd like to extend a special thank you to Loki, the lobby manager. He was warm and friendly throughout, communicated patiently and meticulously, and went above and beyond to coordinate and fulfill all our requests. His service was truly exceptional. He fully understood the various needs of families traveling with children, responded promptly, and was both thoughtful and professional, making us feel incredibly welcomed during our trip. Our overall stay exceeded expectations, and I sincerely commend Loki. Next time I'm in Macau, Hotel Okura will be my top choice!

This time, I brought my mother to City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau for her birthday, and we had a truly unforgettable experience. Many thanks to the thoughtful front desk team, who prepared a birthday cake, flowers, fruits, and snacks in the room beforehand. This pleasant surprise deeply touched us. The 37th-floor room they arranged offered a superb view. The room's design featured soft lines, gentle lighting, and comfortable bedding. The hotel's calming essential oils and spray were also a thoughtful touch. In the evening, we could see drone performances outside the window, which was a fantastic experience. Both the hotel's architecture and interior design are avant-garde and modern, offering a visually stunning experience. It's conveniently located next to The House of Dancing Water, making it very easy to catch a show. From design to service, City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau truly sets a benchmark for modern hotels. We had a wonderful birthday trip and highly recommend it.

We chose The St. Regis for our trip to Macau to celebrate our child's birthday, and the butler service was exceptionally thorough and attentive. They emailed us in advance to ask about our arrival time and personal preferences, and even surprised our child with a small birthday cake upon check-in! Additionally, the room was comfortably spacious and well-appointed, and the breakfast was great as well. We had a perfect two-night stay at The St. Regis.

Staying at the Grand Lisboa Palace was a wonderful surprise. Upon learning that we were celebrating a birthday, the front desk upgraded us to a Deluxe Garden View Suite and even gave us a chocolate birthday cake as a gift. Thank you so much, Grand Lisboa Palace! Having such a pleasant surprise for our very first stay to celebrate a birthday was amazing. I will definitely choose the Grand Lisboa Palace as my top choice again in the future.

I stayed at Studio City W Hotel after carefully considering options for attending a concert at Galaxy. The hotel has a very convenient location with direct shuttle buses from both border ports. If you take the Light Rapid Transit (LRT), just get off at Lotus Station and walk straight there (without having to bake in the sun). It's also super close to the Galaxy Arena—just a 5-minute walk. Plus, there's a Don Don Donki right downstairs, so even if the concert ends late, you can still grab ready-to-eat meals (there are microwaves in the store, and an electric kettle in the hotel room too). The room is really spacious for one person! The bathroom has a wet and dry separation, and there's a huge full-length mirror in the room (which wasn't facing the foot of the bed in my room), making it totally convenient for girls to check their look before heading out 👌. It's worth mentioning that the hotel service is exceptionally good! From the moment I got out of the car, staff proactively took my luggage, guided me through the queue, check-in, and check-out processes. Also, before the show, I had turned on the 'Do Not Disturb' light while resting; instead of knocking, the staff slipped a service note under the door. The whole experience truly made me feel at home 👍. I highly recommend considering Studio City W if you're going to Galaxy for a show too!!!

First of all, the hotel's service was excellent with very prompt responses, which is a big plus. Secondly, I need to bring up an issue with the bed and pillows—they were extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was exceptionally hard. As for the pillows, of the two provided, one was way too soft and the other way too high. Even after requesting a latex pillow replacement, it turned out to be super-duper hard! Perhaps because I had just been hiking that day and my whole body was already sore, combined with the uncomfortable bed, I didn't fall asleep until past 2 AM, only to wake up in unbearable discomfort around 3 AM, and barely managed to fall back asleep until past 5 AM. The sleep experience was just awful. No matter how good everything else is, it doesn't matter if you can't get a decent night's sleep.

Upon check in so long time to wait even there’s only 2 guests checking in. No instructions about how to get in our room and no assistance like bell. About the restaurant and the service its excellent the food is tasty and food attendant are helpful and approachable. The amenities and facilities are quite stafisying and we enjoyed it.

I specifically checked the negative reviews before booking and was a bit worried, but fortunately, I didn't encounter any of those issues after checking in. For example, adapter plugs were already provided in the room. As for the hair dryer, they now use a model similar to Laifen, which works really well. Regarding the room smell, at least my room, 1028, had no strange odor at all. Housekeeping the next day was very prompt, and toiletries were fully restocked. However, the showerhead and faucet had limescale buildup, which didn't look very clean. Also, the bathtub was a bit slippery—I accidentally slipped in it. It turned out like this the next day, so please be careful ⚠️

This was my first time attending a fan meet at Macau Fisherman's Wharf, so I chose this hotel. It's incredibly convenient, just a pedestrian bridge away from the Wharf, taking less than 5 minutes to get there. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus service to the Border Gate (Gongbei Port). The facilities are well-equipped, and the service attitude is excellent! A RMB 300 deposit is required for check-in, and cash is accepted. However, it will only be refunded after room inspection upon check-out. If you're not in a hurry, choosing a cash deposit is fine, and RMB is accepted. If you want to leave immediately after check-out, you can opt for a deposit method other than cash.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very pleasant stay at Pousada Hotel in Macau. The location is convenient and the area is quiet, which makes it a nice place to relax after exploring the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. I also really enjoyed the traditional Portuguese-style atmosphere, which gives the hotel a unique charm compared with modern hotels in Macau. Overall, it was a great experience and good value for the price. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Macau.
