"This was our second night, and the room had a beautiful view of the surroundings, offering a clear sight of Macau Airport and the LRT station. The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and varied. If you book a room and choose the option that includes two breakfasts, it's really good value for money and highly recommended. However, if you stay for more than one night, the in-room beverages won't be as plentiful as on the first day; only bottled water will be replenished. This is something that could be improved."

The transportation is super convenient, and the best part is that the Hong Kung Night Market is just a few steps downstairs – perfect for finding food and late-night snacks. The room was clean and tidy, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. What really stood out was the excellent attitude of the staff; they were friendly and polite. For anyone on a budget, this is definitely a fantastic choice!"

"The stay mainly relied on the butler service to elevate the experience, as the hotel's hardware was just average. However, the bedding was incredibly comfortable. I usually struggle with sleep when I'm away from home, but not at St. Regis, which is a big plus. As for the butler service, they were responsive to all requests, which was great, but I did sense a slight weariness in the butler, perhaps due to the high volume of guests during the summer. The Ya She buffet breakfast leaned more Western, and I personally found the variety quite acceptable, though those with a preference for Chinese food might find it a bit lacking. Finally, I have a small concern to raise: during our stay, my child was playing in the outdoor pool on the 8th floor. In the children's wading pool, a tiny splinter pricked my child's toe. Although small, it felt like a needle prick at the fingertip, causing clear discomfort. Fortunately, the lifeguard immediately used a needle from the first aid kit to remove it. The process wasn't entirely smooth, and my child trembled from the pain. It was quite unexpected to encounter something like fine tile debris in such a small pool. What I found unreasonable was that the first aid kit only contained alcohol wipes and no iodine for disinfection. This wouldn't be suitable for wounds that might scar easily. After the safety officer helped us, he asked for our room number. I thought there might be some follow-up to comfort my child, but no butler ever came forward, even up to checkout. We didn't intentionally bring up this safety issue, so as I mentioned earlier, the butler's responsiveness is true, but from the hotel's own perspective, it seems they prefer to avoid extra trouble."

"Excellent hotel, directly connected to Galaxy Macau, so no need to walk outside in the sun. 😀 The room was quite spacious and clean, with a view of the University of Macau across the way. To get to Rua do Cunha, you can just cut through from the Galaxy's Lukfook Jewellery. For The Venetian Macao, simply cross the road from the Crystal Lobby. To get from Rua do Cunha to The Venetian, just go up directly opposite Mok Yi Kei, there are parallel escalators so you don't have to walk as much. 😀 Everything at Galaxy is delicious and convenient, with options for all budgets. I even bought a Pop Mart limited edition fridge magnet that's not available on the mainland. Next time I'm in Macau, I'll definitely stay at Broadway again, it's so convenient!"

"My first stay at Conrad was absolutely amazing, exceeding all my expectations! They truly treat guests like royalty. The staff's hospitality made me feel right at home. I was initially worried my requests wouldn't be handled properly, but the hotel thoughtfully arranged the room exactly as I asked. The room view was super nice, and the environment was clean, hygienic, and tidy! Conrad will definitely be my first choice when I visit Macau again! Truly fantastic!"
