Even though it's not valuable, it reflects a hotel's management level, and I definitely give it a thumbs up! 👍🏿 This time, I came with my family again and overall, we were quite satisfied. Just a suggestion: please check the air conditioner in room 17948. There's a resonant echo that you can only feel when you lie in bed, so I didn't sleep that well. But my family was happy, so it doesn't really matter."

"First time staying at this hotel! I'd passed by it before and thought it looked nice, so I took the opportunity to experience it this time! As soon as we entered the lobby, the front desk staff at check-in were very enthusiastic! They even upgraded our room! We were so touched! The room was great and very quiet! The sea view was private yet open. We originally booked without breakfast, but my family suggested we eat breakfast before heading back, so we bought two breakfast buffets at the lobby service desk. There were so many food choices, and the taste was excellent! A really good experience 👍 Hope to come again next time ☺️"

"This hotel is absolutely stunning, it used to be the Mandarin Oriental. The room decor is very elegant. In the lobby, they offer sugarcane juice and sour plum juice.
The best part is the resort section. The outdoor promenade resembles St. Francis Xavier Church, with beautiful yellow Portuguese Macanese architecture and a round fountain pool ⛲️. Beyond that, there's a large swimming pool with shallow and deep sections, and even shaded areas. To the right, there's a tall, winding water slide, like a mini water park. I had so much fun on it!
There are also two other smaller pools, one of which is a waterfall hot spring pool.
The changing rooms also have hot springs and a sauna.
It's very comfortable, although getting to the city center requires a taxi or bus. However, it's right next to Sands, so taking a **shuttle bus** to the ferry terminal, Border Gate, or the Venetian and Parisian in Taipa (both under the Sands group), and from the Venetian to the airport, is quite convenient."

To get to Rua do Cunha, you can just cut through from the Galaxy's Lukfook Jewellery. For The Venetian Macao, simply cross the road from the Crystal Lobby. To get from Rua do Cunha to The Venetian, just go up directly opposite Mok Yi Kei, there are parallel escalators so you don't have to walk as much. 😀 Everything at Galaxy is delicious and convenient, with options for all budgets. I even bought a Pop Mart limited edition fridge magnet that's not available on the mainland. Next time I'm in Macau, I'll definitely stay at Broadway again, it's so convenient!"

Hungry guests can choose from Western or Chinese cuisine or they can order 24 hour room service. Those who would like to socialize can head to the bar and lounge for a cocktail.For those planning events, meetings and other functions there is a banquet hall and 12 function rooms to choose from. Set amid 1 hectare (3 acres) of greenery, this Mediterranean-style hotel houses a variety of recreational facilities including a fitness center, a tennis court and an outdoor swimming pool. There is also a lotus pool, which is a great spot for relaxing with a book, and a children's play area.
"Hygiene: The room was clean and odor-free. I really liked the scent in the hotel corridors and lobby; it made for a very comfortable stay.
Environment: The hotel's location is excellent. The Estoril bus stop is right outside, and it's very close to a supermarket. We booked room 530, which offered a perfect sea view, including the Macau Tower, Grand Lisboa Hotel, and MGM – a prime view that showcases the bustling prosperity of Macau's waterfront.
Service: The front desk staff were very friendly. They spoke fluent Mandarin when they realized we were from mainland China, and communicated naturally and politely with foreign guests. They also offered free luggage storage, and the staff even helped us with our suitcases, which was much appreciated!
Overall, the hotel offers exceptional value for money. For just over 400 a night, you get a clean, hygienic, and high-end hotel with great views. It added a lot of convenience and enjoyment to our trip! Highly recommended."

XxfmhThe room was spacious, and the amenities were complete and brand new. Since I was here for my daughter's graduation, the hotel even specially prepared a graduation bouquet and a cake. The most pleasant surprise was the customized room cards, engraved with the university's logo – a truly delightful and memorable touch. I'd like to extend a special thanks to Angela from the reservations department, who meticulously inquired about our room preferences and travel arrangements before our arrival; her service was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, the staff at the front desk, room service, and housekeeping were all very enthusiastic and attentive. It was an extraordinary experience!

FfishwingI've always wanted to stay at Hotel Okura, but it's so hard to get a reservation. I finally managed to book a two-night, three-day stay last week, and I was so impressed by the meticulous and thoughtful service. I have to give it a big thumbs up:
1. Before checking in, I emailed the hotel to let them know it was my husband's birthday in June and asked for some birthday decorations. They replied quickly, and to my surprise, they even sent a delicious matcha cake! [Strong]
2. The hotel lobby is open and airy with a simple, understated design. The bamboo garden courtyard is serene and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff are all attractive and friendly. When we checked in, Johnny thoughtfully extended our check-out time to 1 PM. When we checked out, Alsen proactively asked about our stay and even gave us a hotel fridge magnet. The service from both gentlemen was truly exceptional.
3. The guest room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and practical. The Japanese design details are perfectly executed. The tea set is very practical, and there were also candies and fruit, with complimentary beverages. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning and thoughtfully organized all my jewelry and cosmetics. It's been years since I've seen such a comprehensive turndown service – water, slippers, and a bathmat were all meticulously placed, and they even provided a sleep spray and paper cranes. Coming back to a tidy room every day after enjoying the Grand Resort Deck was incredibly comforting.
4. I've already decided to bring my mom to Hotel Okura next time, and I hope it will be easier to book then. I do wish the trash can in the bathroom was a bit bigger. All in all, my stay at Hotel Okura was very pleasant and excellent.

AAnonymous UserThis time, I chose the Andaz, part of the Galaxy Macau series, for my birthday trip to Macau. I picked it because it's a new opening and not an old hotel. I remembered passing by before and thinking the air conditioning was very strong and comfortable. I also wanted to visit the Grand Resort Deck at Galaxy, and happily, all guests staying at Galaxy series hotels get free access to the facilities, which is truly great value for money. My flight was delayed, so I arrived quite late. The check-in lobby is on the sixth floor. A few days prior, the hotel had sent an email asking for my estimated arrival time and preferred time for the birthday cake. Ms. Ophelia and Ms. Sophia at the front desk warmly greeted us. They were very sweet and detailed in explaining the check-in process, asked about our needs, offered itinerary suggestions, and even wrote down the facility operating hours for us. They also thoughtfully gave my child a gift of juice and biscuits, fearing they might be hungry, and gave us each a waterproof phone pouch to use while swimming.
If you're traveling with children, you can request a kids' tent. Upon entering the room, there really was a kids' tent with pillows and blankets featuring the Galaxy mascot peacock. However, I didn't see the stuffed animals that some netizens shared in their reviews; I'm not sure if they were out of stock. The room felt a bit small compared to other hotels, but the children's amenities were very complete: a bottle warmer, a bathtub, and cute, high-quality cups and toiletries. Every evening, during turndown service, the housekeeping staff left small gifts like eye cream and lip balm, and on the last night, they gave steam eye masks, which was a special touch. There's a one-time mini-bar refill, which is a bit hard to understand for a four-night stay – regardless of the number of nights, it's only once. They provided two pairs of slippers and a gift box from Yeng Kee Bakery. Access to the Galaxy Kids Club and the Marriott Kids' Zone is free for two hours daily. The Grand Resort Deck is also free, but entering from the Marriott or walking there, or taking a shuttle to the 2nd floor of Galaxy, is a bit inconvenient. There are also too few changing rooms and no spin dryers, so it's a hassle to have to put on your swimsuit in the room before going. There's a welcome drink at noon, and from 5:00-7:00 PM, there's an alcoholic afternoon tea, but there are too few seats and too many people, with limited food choices. We opted to pay for breakfast at the Andaz Kitchen one day; you can just queue up to buy and enter. It was quite exquisite and delicious, but the dining tables were a bit small, and there seemed to be a shortage of staff, making table clearing slower. You can order coffee, tea, or juice at the table... Overall, the experience was good.

SSuwanwan*.Had an incredibly rejuvenating trip to Macau staying at The Londoner Macao. The hotel's design is exquisite and grand, with complete facilities, and it's located right above a shopping complex – the location is simply unbeatable. I have to give a special shout-out to Hayley and Michelle who assisted us. Hayley was incredibly attentive and thorough during check-in, and her gentle demeanor and beauty left a strong impression. She proactively shared local tips for exploring. Michelle was attentive throughout our stay, responding to our needs promptly and gently. The genuine and caring service from both staff members truly eased our travel fatigue and gave us a strong sense of belonging, making me feel so good about Macau 🇲🇴.
Overall, everything was impeccable. It's definitely worth returning to and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Macau!

GGuest UserBooked this hotel nearby for my sister's TF Sports Meet! Everything exceeded our expectations in the best way possible! From check-in, we were already so impressed with the hotel's service. The bed was incredibly comfortable – a real lifesaver for someone like me who struggles with severe insomnia! I was drifting off to sleep within half an hour. Housekeeping was also impeccable, and breakfast was delicious! It was an amazing experience, and this will definitely be our top choice for our next trip to Macau!

GGuest UserOnce you get familiar with the accommodation, getting around is convenient, but it's so big that it's a hassle to go out and come back in, or leave again, after just one outing. However, compared to other accommodations, a major plus was being able to use the food court or the 3rd-floor shopping mall (the one with the sky ceiling) during off-peak hours like early morning or late at night, and frequently visiting establishments like BeiFang Guan, Five Guys, Lord Stow's, and The Coffee Academics.

The vintage Portuguese ambiance was captivating, and the public areas were exquisitely designed, perfect for photos at every turn. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. The hotel has an integrated shopping street and multiple restaurants, making it very convenient. It's only a few minutes by taxi to The Venetian Macao's Cotai Arena. The staff were polite and efficient during check-in. Its proximity to the Hengqin Port makes it super convenient for returning after a concert. The only minor drawback is that the shops in the mall close quite early. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and it's a great choice for catching a show in Macau. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

DDerrickChong0613The hotel is within walking distance of the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, which takes around 15–20 minutes even with luggage. There’s also a nearby public bus stop that provides convenient access to the Cotai area. The housekeeping staff were friendly as well.
Overall, the stay was good, although the design feels a bit old-school. The in-house casino has also ceased operations since November 2025.

GGuest UserI found this hotel to be very old and run down; besides the location, everything else was surprisingly bad. I won't be staying here again. The room had a strange odor when I entered, and I suspect it was from previous Indian guests. The bathroom also smelled terrible, and the overall hygiene was very poor. After sleeping on the sheets, my body kept itching. When I checked out, I realized I had forgotten my facial cleanser in the bathroom, but when I contacted the hotel, they claimed they didn't find it, even though it was clearly there. I will never patronize this brand again; this hotel completely ruined its reputation for me.
